Jersey Shore’s Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi, has some problems to face, she has indeed been hit with a $7 million (£4.5 million) lawsuit over the facts that she allegedly breached of advertising contract.
American reality television personality star had originally filed a claim against SRG Ventures in back in October, alleging that the company did not provide her with enough funds and now is requesting that the agreement between them be terminated immediately.
But now SRG is striking back against Snookie, this week, and they have filed its own, saying she has negotiated with numerous other brands behind their back and she is just stalling on deals presented to her.
The The New York Post reports that SRG had planned to brand personalised Snooki,
“school supplies, watches, shoes and lingerie”.
A spokesperson for Snooki has refuted the claims, saying:
”Ms. Polizzi disputes SRG’s version of the facts and looks forward to her day in court.”
No date in the case has currently been set, but SRG attorney Robert J. Hantman is said to be trying to have proceedings moved to Manhattan from Ulster County, New York.
